We were very busy in January as we got back into the swing of things after our Christmas break.
- 🎆Happy New Year🎆 We made our own fireworks for art on our first week back. The boys loved this activity and the fireworks were displayed outside our classroom
- 🥶🌍We learned all about the Arctic in January. The boys used their iPads to do some research on the arctic. They learned all about the climate and the animals of the region.The boys also did a more in-depth report on the different animals that live int he Arctic 🐻❄️
- 🍑🍎🍓🍌 We had food dudes every day in January. The boys were so good trying different fruit and vegetables every day. They got lovely prizes and stickers and even ended up liking some new fruits and vegetables. Well done boys 👍🏼
- 👶🏼 Baby Roisin was back for her visit . They boys love seeing how much Roisin is growing at each visit and were so excited to see she is now starting to shuffle around the place.
- 🐶🐾 we are so lucky in our school to now have a therapy dog called Trudy and we are even luckier to have Trudy in our room some days . She loves coming to see all the boys and makes herself very comfortable in our classroom.
- 🌉 The boys worked together to complete a STEM activity in which they had to decide which material would be best suited to build a bridge. The boys worked so well together and all bridges were made to perfection!
- 🏉 A massive thank you to Evan Cusack who has started taking the boys for rugby. They are lovely it and are developing their skills each week.
