Mental Health Day

Today for mental Health day the boys took part in activities that will help their minds and their bodies 🧠🏃♂️
1. The boys absolutely loved taking part in aerobic drumming. The used chopsticks to create rhythms to some of their favourite songs 🥁
2. we are so lucky to have Ms.Dore, an author of Breathe with Bea, who read us her book and we talked about what can make us feel sad or anxious or nervous. We then made worry jars that the boys created themselves with water, glitter and buttons.✨
3. We also did some meditation and played with sensory objects to calm our bodies. 💆♂️
4, Lastly the boys all did some beautiful mindfulness colouring that they took great pride in 🟢🟡🟠🔵🟣
