October has been a very busy month for 5th class. October 5th was National Tree Day. We went on a nature walk to observe some trees in the school environment and to collect some leaves for leaf rubbings. October 13th was Mental Health Awareness Day. Many thanks to the teachers and coaches who helped us on the day. This month too has been very busy on the Gaelic Football front. Frankie, Warren and JJ played in the Under 13 A league and were unlucky not to reach the final. Mohammed, Danny, Luke, Cayden and Eanna were on the Under 11 team who won their Under 11 blitz. Well done to all. Finally, best of luck to Nathan O M, Danny, Kevin, Robert, Eanna and Mohammed who entered the Credit Union Poster competition.
